The MITTY Approach
At MITTY, we focus on supporting sustainable positive change for young adults (~ages 18-30) through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, education, and empowerment. As Certified Health & Well-being Coaches, we are client-led and collaborative, partnering with individuals to set meaningful goals while providing guidance and support using evidence-based communication and learning techniques. When appropriate, we take a mentor coach approach to inspire and facility change. Your information is kept confidential (HIPPA and GDPR complaint) and our approach draws from various fields such as CBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
